Vanguard Error Code 16503

We're told to contact Vanguard Digital Banking Department and complain to them. They said to call Quicken. Who else should we reach out to to get this resolved? Or should we buy a Windows computer if Quicken can't fix the Mac Desktop version?

This is an issue that affects both QMac and QWin. Vanguard encountered an issue with DC so they have blocked all DCt connections (including non-Quicken direct connect connections) while they are working to fix the issue. Here is the Alert about this issue that has been posted: UPDATE 2/24/25 Vanguard OL-295-A and Error 16503.
