Online Balance - Reconciling is Frustrating

Please explain how this even possible. Today is Feb 25, 2025. When I check the online balance prior to reconciling it says " Online Balance as of Feb 28 2025" - 3 days into the future.

Even if it were possible for Quicken to get my FUTURE balance correct, it is of no help when reconciling TODAY.

    Thanks for reaching out! That does sound frustrating.

    To better understand the issue, can you confirm if your bank’s website also shows this future-dated balance, or is it only happening in Quicken? Is this occurring across multiple accounts, financial institutions, or just one specific register? Also, is your computer’s date and time set correctly, and have you noticed any similar discrepancies with other accounts?

    Which bank? What type of account?

    What BUILD of Q? Do HELP, About Quicken for this last piece of info.

    Also, reconciling to the online balance can be tricky, because some FIs include Pending Transactions in that balance and other's don't.
