Thank you for reaching out to the Community to let us know you're having trouble contacting Support. I'm not seeing any recent contacts with phone or chat support, but I do see you've sent a few problem reports. When you send a problem report, you will not get a direct response.
Would you provide more information about the issue you need assistance with? I can see your most recent problem report said that you're getting duplicate rows of the same data when clearing an entry. Is this happening in just one account, multiple accounts, all accounts? If possible, could you provide a screenshot of the issue? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
