CLOSED 4/14/25 $0 Balance Display Issue for Lincoln Financial Institutions

We are aware of the issue with Lincoln Financial downloading investment accounts with $0 balances. This is mainly occurring on Quicken Classic for Mac using Quicken Connect.

Some users connecting to the following financial institutions are experiencing a $0.00 balance display despite successful connections:

Lincoln Financial - Retd. Services
Lincoln Financial Group - Retirement Plans

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
