How do I remove Web Connect so I can use a different method

I have both an American Express Bank account and CC. They moved at some point to Express Web Connect+, and when I connect with them it shows both accounts available to link from AE. However the dropdown of quicken accounts does not include the AE Bank account. Looking at the settings for it, is is set to Connection Method: Web Connect and there is no way to disable it.

Any idea how I can undo that to make it available for direct connect. Everything I read online says to hit the disconnect button. I have no such thing. The only suggestion I've seen is to delete the whole account in quicken, which goes back years and seems insane.

Below is a screenshot of my online services screen -

Thanks.

That's weird. You could create a new empty account and move all the AE Savings transactions into the new account. Select all transactions and right-click and you'll see the Move Transaction(s) command available. Then activate the new account for EWC+ and delete the old account. Do this in a copy of your data file in case anything goes wrong.

take a backup, just in case, then disconnect the account from download and reconnect … being SURE to select "Link" to connect it to your existing account.

Yes, but HOW do I disconnect? I can find no way to actually do that.

Thanks, that was a good idea. It mostly worked, somehow a different account that I transfer money between is now missing a transfer, but it doesn't seem to be anywhere else so pretty confused :) Giving up and just adding an entry to fix.
