Planning budget not adding correctly

In my planning budget, the Personal Expenses section does not add the categories and the Total at the bottom is not the difference between income and expenses. See screenshot below. I have tried validating and supervalidating the data file.

I'm wondering … you're only showing one category for Personal Expenses, Food.
Is that the only category you have selected to show or have you masked out the image to not show the other expense categories?

Have you had crashes while running Quicken?

It was the only category I selected. I chose it because it was definitely an expense and had no sub-categories. I have not had any issues with Quicken crashing.

Does the same problem also occur when you select all your Expense categories?

If it does, I'd suggest you run BOTH File / Validate and Supervalidate to see if that makes the problem go away.
After validation, if the problem persists, contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and report the problem.
