Is anyone having problems trying to add accounts at Soarion Credit Union to Quicken?

I had an account with Air Force Credit Union and was able to connect the accounts to Quicken. However, last year sometime, I think, it was taken over by Soarion. Now when I try to add the Soarion accounts I get the following message: "Your financial Institution may not yet be supported". Does anyone know if Quicken is working on this problem to allow Soarion to connect to Quicken. I know I can go to my Soarion online account and download the transactions manually, but I don't like doing it like that besides it's time consuming. I would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you.

Soarian isn't listed in FIDIR.TXT, as a Participating Financial Institution. That file is also on your computer and you can look for yourself.

Is the FI for those accounts still listed as AFCU? That may be why you're able to download from it.

There's nothing that Q can do to fix this. It isn't broken. Soarian, simply hasn't signed the contract with Q/Intuit to become a PFI.

    Bug them.
