enhanced scheduled transaction groups [Edited]

I love the idea of entering my monthly bills in one group instead of one at a time, but could you enhance the group to also include the due date of the payment? As it stands now, even though I have them in one stroke, I still have to go through them to show the due date. It sure would be helpful if it is possible.

Thank You

Have you looked into using Reminders for monthly or other scheduled bills? If it is the same amount each month you can use Auto Enter, no keystrokes required. If the amount varies, you can preset the due date and all you have to do is enter the amount.

That would work but the transaction would be posted on the due date I like to put all my transactions in at the beginning of the month so I can review them

Entering a month worth of transactions hasn't been the recommended way of doing this since they created the feature to allow showing the reminders in the register. Showing the reminders in the register is much more flexible. You can show different period of time, change your mind, and such without having to delete/re-add them. When the reminders are in the register, they affect the balance just as if they really added to the register, so you get the same effect.

Can you tell me what the difference is between the three options it seems that all three offer the same thing :post to the register, scheduled, recurring

I was referring to this option:
