Costco Citi VISA Reconcile balance wrong

This is the third month in a row that I've had to do a balance adjustment crediting (payment) my Costco Citi VISA register. I can find no errors in my accounting, no duplicate charge entries, etc. I've been using Quicken for decades now, so I don't think I'm making any clerical errors. I have never had to do a balance adjustment to Costco Citi VISA before. I'm using Quicken Classic Business & Personal version R61.20

    Have you compared the opening and closing balances and transactions in Quicken to those on your paper or online statement?

    Is the adjustment the same amount each month, as might be caused by a fee that you are not recording?

    Or perhaps you are being charged interest that you have not recorded in Quicken?

    When you reconcile, what balance are you comparing to? If it is the "Online balance" sometimes there are issues where that balance includes pending transactions that have not been downloaded yet, or vice versa. What is your setting at Edit > Preferences > Pending transactions? There is an overall setting that disables downloading of pending transactions, and if that is on, you can control downloading for each account.
