Pentagon Federal Credit Union reauthorization

I am using Quickn for Windows on a Windows 10 PC.
For the past few weeks, when I try to update my accounts at Pentagon Federal Credit Union I get a window saying that the financial institution needs an update.
When I click the "Reauthorize" button I get a windon asking for my consent to let Intuit to share data with Quicken, then I click "Continue"
Next I get a window saying Pentagon Federal Credit Union needs me to authorize my accounts and to use the bank hosted sign-in form to authorize downloads and to select sign in to authenticate via my web browser. I then click "Sign In".
The next window says "Sign in to Pentagon Federal Credit Union bank an to use the bank hosted sign-in form in my browser window to authorize downloads. I never get a form in my browser window and all this screen does is give me a rotating blue circle and nothing else ever happens.
Throughout this process I never get any error messages.
I would appreciate some guidance as to how to get Pentagon Federal to download transactions.
Thank you.

Hello @AllanDB,
We appreciate you reaching out to bring this issue to our attention!
I took the liberty of reviewing your account, but do not see internal errors occurring so to further investigate this issue, could you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Anja,
Thank you for getting back to me.
I have attached 5 screenshots numbered sequentially in the order they appear. Ultimately, at Screenshot 5 it times out and nothing happens.
For what it is worth, I can login to the PenFed website and download and import QFX files with no problem.
Thank you,
Allan
