Online service is unavailable

I was recently having trouble with Quicken, that it wouldn't open at all. I contacted tech support and they had me uninstall and reinstall. At first it still wouldn't open. I rebooted my laptop and it finally opened but now it won't download my account info and gives me the above error that Quicken online service is unavailable. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, thank you. What you told me to do worked. Today I am having a different problem and I have seen anything that says the Quicken server is having problems. My Quicken loads up fine and when its updating my accounts, it becomes unresponsive and never finishes downloading. Any suggestions?
