Yep, still seeing CC-502 here. I noticed the other thread on this issue was marked as RESOLVED, but it definitely isn't (https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7960736/resolved-5-16-25-healthequity-cc-502-fdp-102-fi-timeout).

I checked the original ticket and can see the resolution was that Health Equity throttles traffic until 9am PT. If possible, please try updating your Health Equity account(s) after 9am, and let me know if that resolves the issue.

Just tried it at 2PM PT today. CC-502 issue still exists.

As of 5/18 this is till not working for me. It appears to work when I reset the account but fails again on the next one step update

I've tried it weekdays, weekends, during the day and late at night. I've even logged into the account before trying to update…nada.
Many financial institutions now have an additional security feature after your login and password just to access their website. I noticed my issue with HE started after they added their additional security feature. A statement pops up, "Click to verify you are human". Once that is completed, I could access my account on their website, but still could not update my Q account.

For me, nothing has changed from what I've submitted before.
Tools, One Step Update, All accounts update except HE and I get the error message:
CC-502 Quicken is unable to update your account. Please try again. For more information , see this FAQ.
Have they spoken with HE regarding the added "security" they added about the time all of this started?

Same for me. Last succesful download from HE was 2/28, then CC-502 error from that point on. We shouldn't need to keep resubmitting the same issue statement, since nothing has changed. Can we get this issue escalated?
