Amazon Store Card Account not downloading transactions

As of about 2/25 My Amazon Store Card account won't download transactions to Quicken. When I do the One Step Update it says the account is updated and no new transactions are downloaded. There are several transactions that should be downloaded but aren't. If I click on the message in One Step Update for that account it tells me the correct balance, but indicates that I have several hundred transactions to review and accept. I have no outstanding transactions in Quicken
