Hi everyone
I'm getting this with my US Bank accounts. anyone else?
During a One Step Update, I received that error also.
BUT, when I tried to initiate a download from within one of my USB accounts, it was successful.
You might try that, to at least get your data, until the matter is resolved.

I didn't make the runtime.dat change, but I just ran OSU again and didn't have any problem with USB.
SO, either the issue got fixed, or my previously doing a download from within the USB account fixed it.
I have no way of knowing which.
SO, I'd recommend my approach (it's much easier) and if that doesn't do it for you, change runtime.dat.
Hello @spalt,

As of this moment, U.S. Bank Internet Banking (EWC+) is working with no errors, and transactions are downloading. 2 checking and 1 CC.
Hello Jasmine, I noticed this morning some transactions came in, though I still received the message at the top of this thread. I just did the renameof runtime.dat as you suggested above and did another OSU of that account, and the message went away….. So I guess it's fixed?
I've been getting the same error message for a few weeks now as well. It is really just a nuisance, since everything still downloads fine. I'll try Jasmine's runtime suggestion.
I did the suggested rename on the runtime file and it seems to have resolved the issue for me.
Hi @Randy 415, @spalt, and @Brian McDonald,
