Adding accounts Etrade & Empower

Hello all,

I'm looking for information on direct connection capabilities for the following accounts: E*Trade (Morgan Stanley at Work stock plan) and Empower 401k. Is direct connection feasible for these institutions?

I can see that E*Trade does allow for the Direct Connect method (see screenshot), however, I am unsure which Empower instance you would use. If you wouldn't mind letting me know the direct URL that you use to access your Empower 401k accounts, then I can look into that specific financial institution further.
