After my subscription ran out, I continued to use Quicken, but now have problems...
Hi, been using Quicken after subscription expired. I upgraded my computer to windows 11 and started fresh deleting the Quicken program but not my budget file. I tried to login to my Quicken account for info on how to reinstall Quicken, but login was denied. I made a new login using the same user ID and passcode I had over a year ago. That worked. However, even after downloading the Quicken program, I can't seem to get it work correctly. When I click the program icon I get a pop up that says "Your subscription expired before this patch was created…." includes a link that goes no place. When I click "OK" on the pop up, the program exits. Now, when I click directly on my budget file in the Quicken folder, I get a "Restore from Backup File" I enter the file, it then asks me do I want to replace it? I click Yes, (click no does nothing) then the budget opens up in the Quicken file, BUT, it does this routine every single time I want to use Quicken. HOW in the world can I fix this mess? Thanks for your help!
