Home Tab Custom Dashboards Have Disappeared!

Hi All!
I am currently running and upgraded to QWin R61.23.
I want to the Home tab to look at some of the custom Dashboard that I created and noticed that:
i) the three custom Dashboard that I created have disappeared;
ii) there is no obvious way to getting the three custom Dashboards to reappear; and
iii). there is no obvious ability to create (or recreate) the three custom Dashboards that disappeared.
I would appreciate any help and insight to resolve this problem.
Thanks in advance.

Are you syncing to Mobile & Web? I would try restoring a backup from when you had the custom dashboards.

The controls for this are a bit wacky.
Let's say you are on the "Dashboard" (the new one). And select the gear icon:
You will see this:
(This is showing it with the Classic Dashboard off),
Like this:
Selecting to turn on the Classic Dashboard should get your custom views back (only the Classic Dashboard has custom views):
The bit wacky part comes from that menu is different depending on if you are in the "Dashboard" or if you are in one of you customized/classic Dashboard views: If I select My Money and select the gear icon I get this instead:
Now you are deciding to show the "New Dashboard" or not.

Agreed and noted.
The weird part is that when I turn on ClassiC Dashboard i) my Custom Dashboard do not reappear and ii) I can try to recreate the Dashboards that I lost. The screen I get looks as follows:

That is strange. I see you have the Dashboard selected. The first thing I would expect is to see the Dashboard, but I don't see it. Second if you selected to customize it you should get this:
Not the Classic Dashboard dialog. I would only expect you to have that if you had selected the "View 3".
I would try the following. First exit and restart Quicken and see if it changes. Second, if that is it you might try Validate and Repair. And last would be restoring from a backup.
Note the only way the New Dashboard should be empty is if you deleted all the "cards", which I doubt you did.

Ahhh, this is getting stranger by the minute.
I tried shutting down Quicken and restarting Quicken, no change.
I tried shutting down my laptop, no change.
I tried to Validate and Repair my file, no change.
Now, get this! I tried to i) turn on the classic dashboard and ii) recreate the custom dashboards and it failed. Quicken would not even allow me to create a new dashboard!
HELP!!

My only (and last that I can think of) would be restoring from a backup… Actually, try it in a new data file first. It is possible it is something wrong with the install of the Quicken program itself, and if it does the same thing in a new data file, that would be an indicator that is the case. And then an uninstall and reinstall would be in order.

@Chris_QPW I have no idea what happened but the backup file worked, which was great. The only downside is that I had to renter a bunch of transactions but at least it is done!
Appreciated and weird bug!!
Thanks.
