ONGOING! 4/1/25 Northwest Community Credit Union CC-503/FDP-103

Our teams have discovered that users with Northwest Community Credit Union are encountering a CC-503 error when attempting to update accounts in Quicken for Windows. Additionally, some customers may see an FDP-103 error in their logs or when attempting to update these accounts in Quicken for Mac. At this time, all other connection attempts related to this bank are unsuccessful and result in an FI block error (FDP-155).

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
