Reconciliation issue

Quicken Windows 2016 Member ✭✭

I attempted to reconcile an acct that I last reconciled In more than a year. The recon shows Ending statement date 2/24/2024 Begining bal 54779 Statement for period 12/19/2023 to 1/19/2024 shows ending bal 37155. Since the last recon I have upgraded to Win 11 and Quicke R60.15. Prior to upgrade I was on Win 7 and Quicken 2016 R19.5. I still have access to Quicken 2016 and it haas the same issue. Also there are 3 transactions that I believe were reconciled when I did the last recon that are dated in the recon period and are on the statement. How can I fix this?

Please restate your issue. Your post is so convoluted that I couldn't follow/identify WHAT your issue is.

Thanks for your response. It is an old acct that has not been connected to online acct downloadd. I has bee always maintained manualy. It is an account i keep for a bank that does not have a lot of acctivity. I believe that the last time I reconciled it about a year ago I did not have any issue, however I don't remember the event.

A bank acct reconciliation issue ie the quicken recon screen shows ending statement date 2/2/24 prior bal 54779. Matching stmt for period 1/20/24 to 2/16/24 has ending bal of 38122. The acct was last reconciled Feb 2024. Quicken ver 2016 R16.5 at that time was on my win 7

I have migrated to Win 11 Quicken ver R60.15

    How can I move forward?

    Thanks, Kestas

The acct has been manually maintained from inception.

It's not clear if this account is still a manual account or you've connected it now for bank updates with Quicken. If it is still manual, then nothing in Quicken would have changed the balances. Perhaps there is an erroneous entry added or more likely a transaction may have been deleted.

The acct is still manually maintained. Any suggestion how to move forward?

One month at at time, starting with the statement immediately after the last (most recent) reconciliation.
