stock CJPRY missing CUSIP and won't download

I bought CJPRY in my brokerage account. Quicken recognized the symbol but but is missing the CUSIP number so will not download the transaction correctly.

How can I add a CUSIP to the security?

    CJPRY is Central Japan Railway ADRs, selling for about $10.25. Is that what you bought? There is a similar security CJPRF, which is about $20.50.

    You can't add a CUSIP to a security, it is done by Quicken the first time you download a transaction for the security.

    Normally what happens when you download a transaction for a new security is that you are presented with a dialog that asks what it should do with that security - add it to Quicken or match it to a security that is already in your Security List.

    What happened when you tried to download the transaction?
