Scheduled Transactions Issue (Q Mac)

Quicken is deleting scheduled and/or changing the dates of scheduled transactions. When I sync to mobile, it will change or delete the corrected transactions.

    To better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions.

    When you set up the scheduled transactions on your desktop, are they appearing correctly there before syncing? And when you sync with mobile, do the dates change immediately, or does it only happen after you make corrections on the desktop or mobile app? Additionally, are you using the same account on both devices, or is it possible that different accounts are getting mixed up during syncing?

    It would also help to know if you’re using any specific settings in the mobile app for syncing, such as syncing transactions automatically or only when prompted, as this could be playing a role. If you can, could you share any details on whether the issue happens with all scheduled transactions or just certain ones?
