ONGOING! 1/14/25 PayPal Credit, MasterCard, and Crypto CC-501, “Sorry..not your fault", FDP-103

seems to have been corrected - I now have an Express Web Connect connection to Paypal Credit that works. Hope everyone else is getting good results too. Note: Because I had been manually downloading, I needed to deactivate the account and clear the bank name in Account Details/General. Then I added the account from the Account List add and linked the account. This procedure did not work before but now it does.

Our teams have discovered that users may encounter the following errors when attempting to connect credit card accounts in Quicken:

  • Quicken for WindowsCC-501 with the message: “Sorry, we encountered an error. (It’s not your fault.)”
  • Quicken for MacFDP-103.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
