LPL Financial Automatic Downloads messed up my data

Initiated Online Services for LPL Financial accounts. Since I have accounts not managed by LPL in my portfolio, the accounts had their securities removed from them. I had to disable the Online Services so I could restore the Complete tracking and delete the Remove transactions. They caused me to lose track of 1/3 of my portfolio with LPL.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention! I can understand how frustrating it must be to lose track of such a significant portion of your investments.
When linking accounts for download, Quicken attempts to match holdings with what is reported by the financial institution. In some cases, if an account includes securities that aren’t tracked by the institution, Quicken may remove them during the sync process. Since you’ve already disabled Online Services and restored Complete Tracking, have you been able to recover your portfolio?
