E-mail from Quicken regarding Citibank connection method change

This is the E-mail Quicken sent about the change in the Citibank connection method. It looks like no one bothered to proof-read it.
I do not have a Citibank account or credit card, so at first, I thought it was spam because they are usually riddled with spelling and grammatical errors.
😕Sheesh! Hopefully this is not indicative of how the new connection was rolled out.

it's real. I got the email too. I tried one step update tonight and a note pops up saying my financial Institution (citibank retail card account) connection needs an update. I tried going through with it but the citibank side was down and I wasn't able to sign in. I tried again 3 minutes later and it work.

Yes it's real. That is my point. The E-mail from Quicken is poorly written and wasn't proofread.
