Problem downloading Fidelity account

Since the last Quicken update on my MAC, I have been unable to reconcile my Fidelity core account within Quicken Classic Deluxe. I called Quicken and Fidelity to resolve the issue and they said an update would be generated when the issue was resolved. I have not seen any update on the "Alerts" section. Any status?

I am having a Fidelity issue as well. Noticed my Quicken balance was about $75k short as compared to online Fidelity. I see that my SPAXX holdings are not showing. I noticed that the downloaded dividend reinvestment transaction on 3/31 is slightly different than previous downloaded transactions and it has been a problem since then. No error messages received when refreshing/syncing.

Hello @Lola,
Thanks for reaching out!
Would you mind sharing a few screenshots showing the differences that you described regarding the transactions? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.
Thank you!

Thanks @

- Will look into attaching screenshots per your note.Side note: I don't see the option to sign up for weekly email digest following the directions in the "email digest" link but I'm probably missing something silly. Thanks much.

My Fidelity issue continues today; still no error when syncing Quicken to Fidelity, except that balance is off.
Four of five holdings match up to Fidelity. But SPAXX holding does not appear at all (but used to).
Here is only thing I can see that is different: March dividend transaction compared to previous months:

In my Fidelity accounts I didn't see any changes in the way dividend transactions were recorded at the end of March - dividends in the core position (SPAXX) showed up as Dividend Income transactions and dividends from everything else were Reinvested Dividend transactions.

Just reporting that my Fidelity/Quicken issue has been resolved, by Fidelity I'm assuming as I made no manual changes to adjust. Although there has been a change in how SPAXX is handled, at least my balance is now tracking correctly. Thank you.
