Quicken thinks account is new each time I update.

I am using Schwab with 4 different accounts. All have been updating fine forever. I changed how the accounts are being managed with Schwab and now Quicken sees one account as a new account every time I update. The others are updating fine still. I have to go through the set up new account and log into Schwab, etc. The account has the same number and none of the other accounts are effected. I have disconnected all accounts and closed and re-entered Quicken and set them all back up again but the next morning that one account shows up as new and must be set up again. (I also have the box checked to automatically add new accounts) I talked to Schwab support and they had me set up a dummy account and connect it to Schwab and that account doesn't have this issue so they are pointing the finger at Quicken. Any ideas as this is maddening!

"(I also have the box checked to automatically add new accounts)"

That's over at the Schwab site, right?

Have you tried unchecking that box to see if that changes the behavior you're seeing?

I'm also not sure what you are actually doing when you say the account "must be set up again." Can you describe that process in more detail?
