Same issue here since 4/1/25 (last day of connection success). Am able to log in on their website with no problems. Using Quicken for Mac. Have tried connecting through out the day with no success. Quicken telling me mu login info is not correct but it is — I have logged in on the website and used same password for Quicken.

Hello @BillMonteSereno,
We appreciate you reaching out!
Since you are using Quicken Classic for Mac, I went ahead and split your comment into a separate Mac post.
To better assist you, could you please provide the following details?
- Could you please specify what, if any, error code and/or message you are receiving?
- Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: iCloud, DropBox, USB, etc.)?
- Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far? If so, what were they?
- Are you using a VPN while updating your accounts? If so, does disabling it make any difference?
- Do you have any antivirus or malware protection software running that may be interfering with Quicken? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it to see if the issue persists?
- Were there any significant changes to your system or software before the issue began (updates, new installations, etc.)?
Additionally, it may also be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of what you are seeing. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Your answers will help us diagnose the issue more effectively.
Looking forward to your response!

I have successfully been updating all my RBC Wealth Management (US) previously on this Mac and same log in credentials. I attempted to "reset" one of the accounts (however there is no reset connection option as there is in the windows version) by deleting the connection and setting up fresh. Same result. It an authentication issue but I can access my accounts online with the same credentials without issue. No VPN running and no issues with any other financial institutions (I have many!). Not sure re antivirus — I'm relatively new to Mac so whatever normally runs on them. File is stored on the hard drive, no cloud usage. [Removed - Privacy]

New solution for anyone having issues connecting with RBC Wealth Management (US). They have implemented some security changes. In order to get your Quicken to connect successfully, you must log in to their website, go to account security settings and toggle on the Service Provider "Quicken" which was already listed on my account but toggled off.

Thanks, that worked for me.

Thanks for the update! Glad to hear you found a solution.
Additionally, I saw your modification request to remove one of your prior comments—I went ahead and redacted the comment to remove the more private details. However, let me know if you wish to have anything further removed from it.
Thank you!
