Can't reactivate online services

Quicken Classic PC
setup retirement account. turned off on line services. trying to reactivate online services and Quicken is wanting to setup a new account.
Went to edit account/online services/setup now
Asks to setup new account instead of being able to link to existing account.
Is there any solution or do I have to delete and start over with this particular account.
Financial institute is principal. This is for a 401 (k).
Any feedback/direction is appreciated.
Thanks, Bill

Hello @Bill318,
We appreciate you reaching out to tell us about your issue!
Instead of reactivating through the Set up Now button in the Online Services tab, I suggest that you please try reactivating via the Add Account flow instead.
To reactivate through Add Account, navigate to Tools > Add Account..., search for your Financial Institution name, and follow the prompts to connect.
Once your account(s) have been found, be sure to link them to the existing account(s) you have already set up in Quicken.
Let us know how it goes!
