    @bobbakerarizona yes, that is a common troubleshooting step to fix a corrupted file or CC-800 errors. Did they give you the steps for the "Copy File" process or fixing CC-800 errors?

    @bobbakerarizona run super validate or go back to a backup file. Google how to super validate. Call technical support
