Where is 'Portfolios List'?

I am trying to find the Watch list, but I don't see it. The help is shown in the image here; but I can't find the 'Portfolios List' after I click the Portfolio button in step 2. Where is it, or are there better instructions on how to find the Watch List? Thanks!

I see that if you search Help for Watch List it is incorrect. It apparently assumes that there is a Portfolio view called "Watch List" that can be selected from the dropdown list next to Show:

The Watch List is a pseudo-account in the Portfolio views. If the Watch List "account" is included in a view, the securities you have selected for the Watch List will be included in the view even if you do not hold them.

Go to Investing > Portfolio and next to Show: pick the Portfolio view where you want to see the Watch List.

Next to Group by: select Accounts.

Click on Customize and then Accounts.

Check the Watch List box and the securities you have selected for the Watch List will be listed under the Watch List "Account"

To select securities for the Watch List, go to Tools > Security List and check the Watch List box for the securities you want to include. Be sure the Download Quotes box is also checked so that current quote data will be downloaded for those securities when you update quotes.

The Watch List is a pseudo-account. For any of the portfolio views (Ctrl-u) you can customize which accounts are included in the view. You can control through that account selection whether the view includes or excludes the Watch List. If in the view, you Group by: Account, the Watch List set of securities will be a separate section, like a separate account.

You control which securities are on the Watch List with the Securities List (Ctrl-y).
