Moved from DC to Express Web Connect

- I notice the old uncheck DC entries are still on the OSU window. How do I remove those?
Thanks
Anthony

Can you show us a graphic of what you're seeing? I'm not quite following what you're requesting.
And, at any particular FI, have you moved ALL accounts at that FI to EWC?

I am no longer using DC. I am using WC….. How do I remove these unusable options. No more DC at Cadence.

I've not seen that dialog before … but I suspect that you've still got one or more accounts at Cadence that are connected to Q via DC.
Check into that.

Since switching to Express Connect from DC, I am not receiving pending status transactions. Is that a setting?

A Quicken analyst directed me to do so. The DC was not working. Then selected the Cadence WC and we were working again. Why do you ask? Do you think that WC in inferior?

If you mean that you aren't getting any pending transactions, then check your preferences, both the goal setting and the one that controls it per account:
As for the Direct Connect still showing in the One Step Update Settings, as far as I know that list is built up by looking at when accounts have what connections setup. And since you have Direct Connect listing in that list that suggest that like @NotACPA suggested you probably still have some accounts setup as Direct Connect.
If you do Tools → Account List you should be able to see how each account is setup. Make sure that you select the "Show hidden accounts" to make sure you aren't missing any connected accounts.
