Quicken Classic on WIN11. I am trying once again to get my Vanguard accounts to download!

Nothing works and I can't understand most of the info out there on this problem. It was a month or so ago when Vanguard just stopped downloading and I was aware there was 'some' problem going on so I just paused it. Is this still an issue? I don't want to set up my Vanguard as a manual account, I have YEARS of Vanguard in my Quicken, I just want to use what I've got. I don't do anything fancy with it.

To help investigate what’s preventing your Vanguard accounts from downloading, please go ahead and submit your logs so I can review the internal errors and provide more specific guidance. You can do this by going to Help > Report a Problem in Quicken and including a brief description of the issue. Be sure to check the box to include log files before submitting, then let me know once you have done so.
