2025 Price Increase

I received an email about a month ago about my 2025 subscription renewal.
Then received an email about the order and the subscription price had doubled since 2024.

Anyone know the reason for this increase? I somewhat remember moving from cd purchase to online subscription last year. May have been considered a first purchase.

Regardless, I've requested a refund. I can't justify this amount on a yearly basis for quicken.
I dislike it too much and have too many issues to justify it. If I can't find anything to replace it, I'll go back to using excel.
