I got fooled into thinking this website was a legitimate quicken support site. The issues I was calling about is my online updates were not working and freezing up for the last few days - I had to control/alt/delete and close the quicken task every time. I called [scam number removed] and spoke to someone who accessed my computer virtually. He said I had a corrupted file and it would take 3-4 hours to fix. He then tried to sell me a bundled support package of quicken subscription/data protection and data back up for $850 for 3 years. I was in shock as I've been using quicken for 30 years and told them to take a hike, still thinking this was actually quicken. I then called back to the correct quicken support line and ended up resolving my issues, which had to do with my QDF file being saved to onedrive. So I got hoodwinked. I called the scam 866 number back today and ask if there were actually quicken and they said yes and gave me their employee ID #. Clearly still a scam and wanted to make both users and quicken aware.
