Why are my transactions missing?

When I go to reconcile my bank account, have the transactions are missing with this tool even though they are on the register. This is a new problem that has just occurred in the last two months.

Can you show us a register view of some of the problem transactions, please?
Also show the Reconcile popup view, after you fill in the date and amounts but before you press Enter to start Reconcile.

Please capture images as requested, sensitive information redacted (blacked out) as necessary to protect your privacy. For example, we don't need to see the Account sidebar.
