I have been using Quicken (Mac) to manage my five Wells Fargo accounts for many years with absolutely no issues. I use Direct Connect for all accounts. Several days ago, all of my WF accounts showed a red dot indicating they were not connecting. Upon trying again, I received a WF error notice that either my User Name or Password were incorrect. Quicken shows the correct User Name, but I don't know how to see what Password it is using. I can connect to all of my WF accounts directly from my web browser. All of my other Quicken accounts connect properly. If I make too many attempts within Quicken to connect, WF locks my account and requires me to create a new password [Removed - Language]. After creating a new password and restarting Quicken, the problem still exists. WF tech support was unable to solve the problem but say they will further research the issue and get back to me. Any ideas would be appreciated.
