Allow customizing Categories in Home Dashboard Income & Expense card [edited]

I would like to add the "Income YTD" to my Home Dashboard, but I want the option to customize this graph to only select certain categories (income streams). As it stands now it selects all income categories.

The Spending by Category card was enhanced to allow customization by Category (as well as Accounts and date range), but the Income & Expense card did not receive the same enhancement to add a Category tab in the Customize box. It should. It doesn't make sense to be able to exclude certain expense categories — taxes, for example — in the Spending by Category card but not in the Income & Expense card. Make these consistent, and add Category as a customizable criterion for the Income & Expense card.
