Two computers, different totals

I have two different computers with my Quicken account on each. I manually enter most of the information, not relying on regular updates from my bank. One computer has up-to-date information. The other computer, which I havent accessed Quicken on for a few months, is still stuck back on February transactions. I am concerned that if I "synch" that second computer, it will override the new information currently saved in the Cloud from the first computer. How can I get the second computer up-to-date without disrupting over two months of transactions? Thanks for any help ….

Turn off Synch unless you are using Quicken on the web or the mobile apps.
Using the up to date computer, save a backup to a USB drive and restore it on the out of date system.
