Quicken Crashing After One Step Update

Every day now, when I do my One Step Update for PNC Bank and Chase Bank, the update attempts, then shuts down Quicken immediately. After opening Quicken again and doing the One Step Update once more, it doesn't crash, but says that all of my PNC accounts have been deleted. Then I go through the FIX, re-establish my PNC accounts, and all is OK. Then the next day, it starts all over again. Same crash, same accounts deleted message. Chase Bank does not seem to affected on the second attempt after the crash.

@bmgraphics - if you haven't done so already, I think the first thing to try is doing a "Update now" by going to your PNC account register and clicking on the "gear" button in the upper right. See if that update completes. If so, then try the OSU again.

If that doesn't work, then try doing a file validate. Click on File→Validate and repair file. In the validate window check "Validate". After the validate completes, try the OSU again. If that still doesn't work, try a super validate by holding Ctrl-Shift while clicking on Validate and repair file.
