I don't want to add additional information on stock transactions

Once a month, the portfolio manager (a computer, presumably) rebalances the portfolio and makes about 200 transactions. When downloading them, I'm able to "accept all" and all of the "bought" transactions are automatically accepted into the register.
But none of the "sold" are because Quicken wants more information. It tells me I just have to go to the first "new" transaction and enter the information. I don't want to. I don't need to. I just want to accept that a stock has been sold and the price. Period.
So what I have to do is click "new" until it appears in the register, and then click "enter". it takes about 20 seconds. I do that for each one.
Today, I took an HOUR to get through them all.
Is there a setting I can change somewhere so I don't have to go through this every month. There are other things I'd like to do.
