Merrill Lynch download Error

For the past several days, I am getting Error OL-301-A when I try to download account data from ML. Then I have to go to ML website, click on some buttons, and then go back to quicken to download my data (All this within a 10 minute time window). This is quickly becomming a major annoyance. I contacted ML web support and they (of course) said that it was a Quicken problem.
Can anyone tell me what is going on?

I just called Merrill 800-637-7455, They say they they have no record of this problem and directed me to Quicken. I expressed my displeasure and referred him to the Quicken Community Alert. Then I said I would call back in 2 days for either a resolution or to close my account.

I just attempted to download my investment data from ML, and today there is a new error reported OL-89-B. When I log into my ML accounts, the buttons that were there last week are gone, and the site looks like it always does, however, there is now NO ability to retrive the investment data. So, who took down those buttons that were there last week? My thinking is it must have been Merrill.
Thanks for listening to the rant.

Here we are a few hours later, and I once more tried to download the data from ML, and Lo and Behold the old error OL-301-A was back along with the buttons to go back to quicken and download again, which it did.

I created a test Quicken data file and added my Merrill account. As part of the setup procedure It directed me to the Merrill Web site where I got the screen to allow Quicken to access. Since then I have been able to download into Quicken without error. However when I open my normal Quicken data file I still have to authorize Quicken access every day,
I am considering deactivating then reactivating Quicken access to my Merrill account but I am afraid if I do that I won't be able to reactivate it.
I've been a Merrill customer since 2008 but am rapidly losing patience. I don't do a lot of trades. What other brokerages offer free trades, and play nicely with Quicken?
