Budget Planning

Hello everyone. I'm looking for some advice please.

I haven't used budgets previously but I'm starting to. I have my 2025 budget based off my 2024 actuals. Under the "Planning" tab, as opposed to reports, I can see good information but the trouble is that I have too many rows. Most of the rows are zero dollars. I'd like to suppress the rows where there is no data in 2024 or 2025. Is there a quick way to do this? Thanks

Click on the Button "Manage Budget Categories" and uncheck the Categories that you don't want to see or use.

thanks, I did this. I was hoping to find a box that said something like "hide all blank rows". But I knuckled down and did it one by one. Thanks for the help

You can do something like this in the Current Budget Report by Customizing the report, going to the Advanced tab and selecting "Non-Zero actual/budgeted" in the Categories drop-down on that page. That will suppress $0 lines but Planning doesn't have that option.
