how to activate downloads for Lowes Synchrony account, I keep getting credentials error in Quicken Classic on Windows 11

I can log into the account via Lowes.com or lowes.syf.com with the same credentials.

Already tried restarting computer and Quicken and Validated the File

Quicken seems to be going to the wrong Synchrony site.

I do see the "invalid credentials" error internally when attempting to connect to Synchrony Bank Credit Cards, which may explain the issue you're encountering. However, I also see that there was a successful connection established with the Lowe’s Consumer Credit Card after those initial unsuccessful attempts with the other Synchrony instance.

Are you still experiencing issues on your end, or does the connection appear to be working now?
