Clock icon missing on debt registers (old unresolved issue)

An issue was reported several years ago that the clock icon to display future transactions was not displayed even though the Display Options tab from the gear icon says to click it. The issue was noted as still in progress. My guess is that it is no longer being worked on (I'm on the latest release) and I would like Quicken support to reopen the issue. I see the clock icon on older loans but not on ones created since the bug first occurred. Here is the original thread:

I went ahead and checked on the tickets that were created for this issue, and it is still open and being worked on. However, we do not have an ETA available at this time.

I would say that the correct description here is that the ticket is still open. Period. It has not been forgotten, but neither has it been "being worked on" continuously for the past few years. The open ticket will presumably at some point rise up the priority list and then be worked on.
