Schwab transaction downloads are incomplete

The majority of transaction downloads in my Schwab accounts do not identify the security traded. Most commonly, the security is listed as unidentified. For downloads to be useful and efficient, this needs to be fixed. Additionally, it would be very helpful if downloaded transactions were in chronological order.

This issue has been reported, could you please navigate to Help>Report a Problem and send a problem report with log files attached?
If you don't mind, please also provide a screenshot showing how the information is displaying incorrectly in Quicken. If you're not comfortable posting that in this discussion, please include it with the problem report. While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue.
