How do I zero out securities value?

I transferred all shares from one Quicken account to another. The transfer transaction shows up in the two accounts as Shares Removed and Shares Added. Holdings indicates zero shares (i.e., no securities are listed in Holdings), with a correct cash balance. However, there is still a substantial securities value, which is negative. I had no fractional shares, and have no Place Holder entries. I'd like to force the securities value to zero. Please help!
