I have several Amex credit card accounts in Quicken. Some are under my login with Amex, others with my wife's login. I cannot download transactions from both using One Step Update. Only one of the two works. I can download transactions for the one that doesn't work by reauthorizing the account. When doing that, I receive a message that "Account AMEX-xxx was not found at American Express. You should disable this account from One Step Update." The account cited in this message is under the other login. After reauthorizing the account that would not download, I get the transactions. However, the other account/login will not download until I reauthorize it. When I do that, the other login won't download. Rinse, repeat. Essentially, I am yo-yoing back and forth between the two separate logins. How does this get fixed?
