unable to download credit card transactions or add new accounts to quicken deluxe

for the last 15 days I have been having trouble getting updates from my bank or credit cards , I have checked all parameters and validated repair but still does not work .

    Do you use Quicken Mac or Quicken for Windows?
    What version, edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) and release (R xx.xx) of Quicken are you using?
    US, Canadian or other country version?
    Is your subscription expired or still active?
    Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) for this information.
    What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?

    When trying to download transactions what kind of error messages or error codes are you getting?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I took the time to investigate any internal errors that you may be receiving, and I noticed that you're currently running version R58.14 of Quicken for Windows. There have been a few releases and hotfixes since this version, and updating to the most recent might resolve the issues you're experiencing with downloading transactions and adding new accounts.

    Please update to the latest version of Quicken and then try again to see if the problem persists. You can find instructions and patch downloads here: Update and Mondo Patch for Quicken for Windows Subscription
