Credit score error

I am using Quicken Classic Deluxe version R62.16 build 27.1.62.16 on Windows 10.

For the credit score section, there is a major bug under the "Age of Credit" section, where it shows my accounts, oldest at 16 years, 9 months, and newest at 1 year, 11 months.

However, the "About Age of Credit is showing "Undefined" with no score, despite it accurately showing the age of my accounts.

Is there a fix for this to more accurately show my credit score?

I just checked, and I'm seeing "undefined" there also. Have you reported this to Q Support via the link at the top of this page?

I haven't, generally I find the support from other daily users far more comprehensive and useful than the support vendor, but I will give that a try.

Same here. The left column shows the average age as "13Years,11 Months". Assuming that's correct, then the right hand column has two errors: (i) It shows me ("YOU") as "undefined"; and (ii) the box labeled "Good 6-8 years" is highlighted, instead of the box labeled Excellent 9+ years. This issue has been previously reported more than once, but the threads have been closed without any apparent resolution.

It's not apparent that Q CAN fix this … as it's getting the info from an outside party.

By reporting, you're letting the Developers know of the issue so that THEY can deal with 3rd party.

    Hello All,

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to the Community, although we apologize for any frustration or inconvenience experienced.

This issue is a bug that has been reported to our Development and Product teams for further investigation and resolution. Though we do not currently have an ETA, once a solution is created it will be made available as part of a future release.

Thanks Kristina for that info. I just saw the exact same issue when I updated my credit score in Quicken Classic premier (avg age of credit is 15 years 9 months but shown as Undefined on right hand side with 6-8 years highlighted in green on the bar). I called into Quicken Support and the agent I spoke with was unaware that this is an existing problem that was already reported weeks ago. So I asked him to please report it to his development team. He reminded me of this community so I logged in and found this info. It seems this issue was not relayed to your telephone support team or this agent did not know where to look to see if it was a reported problem. Please follow up with improvements to those other agents. Thanks.
