How do I get my Quicken Web data to load into the Quicken Mac app?

I have been using and building our personal expense data on Quicken Web for several months. I needed more functionality, so I downloaded the Quicken Mac app. When I log into Quicken Mac, I do not see my data that I can see on the web app. I have turned on and off the sync function several times. I don't want to start over from scratch. I just would like the months of Quicken Web data to be available in the full Quicken Mac app. Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

When you say Quicken Web, are you referring to Quicken Simplifi or QMobile/QWeb which are companion apps that work in conjunction with desktop Quicken?

-splasher using Q continuously since 1996
    - Subscription Quicken - Win11 and QW2013 - Win11

If you are using Quicken on the Web, there might be an option to load that data into Quicken Mac. I haven't tried this myself:

You can create a new data file on the Quicken for Mac desktop program using cloud data by holding the Command key on your keyboard and navigating to File > New. Continue holding the Command key until you see the Let's Get Started window open. In there, you should then see the very last option for Start from Quicken Cloud Account.

From this thread a couple years ago.

Splasher: I log in to Quicken Web at app.quicken.com.

@MyBudgetStuff You said in one place that you use Quicken Classic for Mac, and in another place that you use Quicken Web. Do you, in fact, use Quicken on your Mac? The web interface is a companion to the desktop-based Quicken Mac program. You need to have a Quicken data file on your Mac, which can sync to Quicken cloud for use with the web login or the mobile app.

Are you saying that you created a new file from scratch on Quicken for Web, without using Quicken Mac at all?
